You already have the certification. Now it’s time to deepen the facilitator.Because learning how to guide a breathwork or meditation practice is one thing. Learning how to truly hold the human being in front of you is another.
When someone cries unexpectedly.
When emotions rise.
When the energy in a room suddenly changes.
When you don't know whether to step in or stay quiet.
When someone has a powerful release.
When you're carrying the weight of everyone else's experience home with you.
These are the moments that aren't always covered in your certification.
This is where we go deeper.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF...
You already have your certification, but sometimes wonder whether you truly feel ready to hold the depth that can arise when working with others.
Perhaps you: Struggle with self-doubt and question whether you're truly ready to guide others.
Feel unsure about what to do when deep emotions or unexpected experiences arise.
Worry about saying or doing the wrong thing when someone becomes overwhelmed.
Find yourself taking on the emotional weight of your sessions.
Struggle to maintain clear boundaries between your experience and your participant's.
Feel responsible for everyone having a “good” experience.
Want to become better at reading the room and noticing when someone may need additional support.
Find group facilitation challenging when everyone is having a completely different experience.
Want to feel more grounded and regulated when you're facilitating.
Understand the techniques, but want to deepen your presence, awareness and confidence as a practitioner.
Want to develop a more trauma-aware and sensitive approach to facilitation.
Sometimes finish a session feeling drained, heavy or emotionally overwhelmed.
Know there is another level to your facilitation — but aren't quite sure how to access it.
If you recognise yourself in any of these, THIS DAY IS FOR YOU!
WHAT DOES “HOLDING SPACE” ACTUALLY MEAN?
During our day together, we'll explore what it really means to become the person responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, supportive and grounded container.
You'll learn how to:

HOLD THE ROOM
Develop greater awareness of individual and group dynamics, recognise subtle shifts and adapt your facilitation in real time.

REGULATE YOURSELF
Understand the importance of your own nervous-system state and how your presence can influence the people you're facilitating.

WORK WITH EMOTION
Learn practical approaches for responding when emotions, vulnerability and deeper experiences arise — without panicking, rescuing or overstepping your role.

CREATE SAFETY
Understand how to prepare yourself and your environment physically, emotionally and energetically before people arrive.

DEVELOP HEALTHY BOUNDARIES
Understand where your responsibility begins and ends, and how to remain compassionate without taking on what belongs to someone else.

USE YOUR PRESENCE
Explore how your voice, language, body language, pacing and presence can become some of your most powerful facilitation tools.

WORK WITH DIFFERENCE
Learn how to approach sessions with people from different backgrounds, abilities, experiences and levels of familiarity with this work.

CLOSE THE CONTAINER
Understand the importance of integration and closing a session intentionally, so participants can leave feeling grounded, supported and connected.
Across two immersive days, we'll explore both you as the facilitator and how you hold others.
DAY ONE
THE FACILITATOR
Understanding yourself before you hold others.
Before we can confidently hold space for others, we need to understand the space we are holding from.
Day One is centred around your presence, your nervous system, your awareness and your role as a facilitator.
We'll explore:
THE ART OF HOLDING SPACE
What does it actually mean to hold space?
We'll explore the role and responsibility of the facilitator, the difference between supporting someone's process and trying to fix it, and how to create a strong and supportive container.
BOUNDARIES AND RESPONSIBILITY
Understand where your responsibility begins and ends, how to maintain healthy professional boundaries and how to remain compassionate without taking on what belongs to someone else.
THE FACILITATOR'S NERVOUS SYSTEM
Your state matters.
We'll explore self-regulation, co-regulation, presence and how to remain grounded when the energy or emotion in the room changes.
CREATING & CLOSING THE CONTAINER
From preparation to integration.
You'll learn how to prepare yourself and your space, establish the right conditions for the work and intentionally close sessions so participants can transition back into their day feeling grounded.
PRESENCE AND EMBODIED LEADERSHIP
Learn how your voice, language, body language, pacing and energy can become powerful facilitation tools.
READING THE ROOM
Develop your awareness of individual and group dynamics, subtle shifts and changes in the room — and learn how to respond rather than simply follow a script.
DAY ONE WILL BE EXPERIENTIAL
There will be reflection, discussion, practical exercises, partner work and a full guided breathwork journey — giving you the opportunity to experience the participant perspective while also observing the facilitation from a practitioner's lens.
DAY TWO
HOLDING THE DEPTH
What happens when the unexpected arises?
This is where we move into the deeper realities of facilitation.
Because sometimes the session doesn't go according to plan.
Someone cries.
Someone becomes overwhelmed.
Someone experiences a powerful emotional release.
The energy changes.
And suddenly, you're the person everyone is looking to.
Day Two will help you develop greater confidence and awareness around these moments.
We'll explore:
WORKING WITH EMOTIONAL RELEASE
How to respond when emotion arises without immediately trying to stop, fix or control the experience.
STAYING REGULATED
How to remain grounded when someone else is experiencing intense emotio
WHEN TO STEP IN — AND WHEN NOT TO
Develop your discernment around intervention, allowing space and recognising when someone needs additional support.
SUPPORTING WITHOUT RESCUING
Learn the difference between compassionate support and taking responsibility for another person's process.
GROUNDING & ORIENTING
Practical tools to help participants reconnect with the present moment when they need support.
CHALLENGING GROUP DYNAMICS
Explore how to respond when group energy changes, someone requires additional attention or participants have very different experiences.
FACILITATION IN PRACTICE
You'll have opportunities to practise your facilitation, work through real-life scenarios and receive feedback.
This is where knowledge becomes embodied skill.
YOU'LL LEARN HOW TO...
-
Confidently hold space for individuals and groups.
-
Create emotional and psychological safety within your sessions.
-
Recognise your role and responsibility as a facilitator.

THIS ISN'T ANOTHER BEGINNER TRAINING.
You don't need another certificate that simply tells you that you know how to guide a technique.
You already have your foundation.
This training is about what comes next.
It's about taking the knowledge you already have and developing the confidence, awareness, presence and practical facilitation skills to use it responsibly with real people. Because the reality of facilitating isn't always found in a training manual. It's found in the moments when someone unexpectedly cries.
When the energy in the room shifts.
When someone needs more support than you anticipated.
When you're unsure whether to speak or stay silent. When you have to make a decision in the moment.
That's where confident facilitation is built.

CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
This is not an introductory breathwork, meditation or mindfulness course, and it does not replace an accredited practitioner qualification, clinical training or professional therapeutic qualification.
It is a two-day practitioner development training designed to deepen the skills of practitioners who already have a foundation.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO KNOW EVERYTHING.
You just need to be willing to keep learning.
The most powerful facilitators aren't necessarily the ones who have all the answers.
They're the ones who know how to stay present when they don't.
Who can remain grounded when the room becomes emotional.
Who know their own limits.
Who can recognise when to speak and when to create space.
Who understand that holding space isn't about controlling someone's experience.
It's about creating the conditions in which another person can safely meet themselves.
That is the work.
And that is what we'll explore together.
Meet Your Guide
Sammy
Then, in 2019, I found Breathwork - or maybe it found me. It wasn’t just a practice, at the time it was a lifeline. For the first time, I felt stillness. I felt peace. And most importantly, I felt me. Breathwork gave me something I didn’t realise I was longing for: truth, presence, and connection. That moment changed everything, and I knew I wanted to share it with others.
Over the past five years, I’ve supported thousands of individuals navigating anxiety, panic attacks, depression, asthma, burnout, emotional overwhelm, spiritual awakenings, mindset expansion and major life changes. I’ve witnessed beautiful breakthroughs, held healing hearts through tender moments, and celebrated powerful transformations.
One of my greatest passions is people. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, and I’m genuinely fascinated by the human experience. Each person I’ve met has taught me something valuable, and the connections I’ve made along the way have deeply impacted me.
Stepping into this role as a practitioner and coach has been nothing short of amazing. It’s been a powerful, humbling, and heart-opening journey, and I feel incredibly grateful to walk this path alongside so many brave and beautiful souls. There isn’t a day that goes by where I don’t say thank you, even in the midst of challenges and obstacles. Because despite the work, effort, and dedication happening behind the scenes, I wouldn’t have it any other way.
