The Essence of Take A Breather
A space for us to nurture our inner world, through thought provoking conversations, the presence of other human beings and the connection to our sacred breath.
As energy beings, spiritual beings, and born creators, we all carry gifts within us, some dormant, some may switch on and off, and some already awakening. But to truly grow and expand into these inner abilities, we need to feel held. We need support, safety, and spaces that nurture our becoming.
Your energy, your spirit, your passion and your fire within is sacred. How you channel your energy, create energy and move energy will influence your life's pathway. As energy beings, we can learn how to transmute, transform and create. We each carry something beautifully unique within us, something only you can offer this world. Don’t get caught in the illusions. Come back to your heart. Stay in your integrity.
And most of all, believe in yourself.
Take A Breather is a place of being, a place to nurture your spirit, to birth new ideas and discover new parts of yourself.
A sacred pause. A return to self.
The 30 minute Breathwork practice is a self led practice, allowing you the freedom to breathe at your own pace, offering a unique form of meditation, helping participants quieten their inner terrain.
Unlocking Your Inner Gifts
Everyone has abilities waiting to be revealed and remembered. Whether it's intuition, telepathy, sensitivity, energy work, or a deep well of compassion and empathy. These gifts are not rare, they are natural, however often times, we can feel overwhelmed with how to navigate them.
For example, a sensitive person may often feel like everything is “too much.”The world can feel overwhelming, loud, and heavy and carrying this sensitivity every day can be exhausting. It’s easy to see it as a weakness… An obstacle that gets in the way of clarity, confidence, and direction. But here’s the truth:
Your sensitivity is one of your greatest gifts. It’s a superpower. It’s spiritual wisdom in motion.
You just need the right environment for it to thrive. So your sensitivity can evolve into intuition, insight, and deep inner strength. Your inner gifts are a part of you. But as we grow, we often drift. We give our power away to the external world. We learn to chase validation, follow expectations, and prioritise what the world tells us matters. And in doing so, we disconnect.

Whilst the intention of this space is to nurture our inner being, the progression is always organic, unfolding in its own time, for each individual. Nothing is ever forced. In all iBreathe sessions, the breath leads the way. The sessions are held at Inner Guru, L4 4AF. First session will be held on Sunday 27th April at 8:30am.
