This program is open for anyone who feels the pull, all are welcome. You will be welcomed into a vibrant community and supported throughout the 6 weeks by Sammy. A great opportunity to implement breathwork into your lifestyle and meet new like-minded people!
 
Please note, if you have any medical conditions such as heart conditions or arrhythmia, epilepsy, high or very low blood pressure with a history of fainting, or any recent major surgery please inform me before the session. You understand that even though you are accepted as a participant you are responsible for any consequences resulting from this breathwork session and take full responsibility for your health and well-being.
