About the event

Join Sammy and the iBreathe Community for a morning breathing practice. You will be guided through a gentle morning practice with the breath! One which offers a nurturing presence of inner calm and stillness.

The first part of the practice is focused on exploring different breathing techniques which you can use day to day to help you downregulate, de-stress and relax. The second half of the workshop is focused on the therapeutic aspect of breathwork which allows for a deep dive into the subconscious working on a deep cellular level allowing for an ultimate nervous system reset.
