THROUGH THE POWER OF BREATH & CONNECTION
iBreathe Community was created to bring people together through the power of breath. A supportive community is essential for wellbeing, and many people today feel disconnected or overwhelmed. iBreathe offers a space where individuals can come together, feel grounded, and experience the benefits of conscious breathing in a safe and welcoming environment.
What began as a small group in 2021 has steadily grown into a community of people committed to their own healing, growth, and personal transformation. It’s been inspiring to witness the progress, courage, and connection that continues to unfold with every session.
iBreathe Community exists to help people build resilience, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with themselves through accessible, trauma-informed Breathwork. As the community grows, so do the opportunities to deepen this work.
Through offerings such as the 6 Week De-Stress Programme, The Big City Breathe events, Somatic Healing Workshops, and outdoor community gatherings designed to bring people together in meaningful ways.
Positive change starts within each of us, and the breath is a powerful place to begin.

MEET THE
FOUNDER
Hi, I’m Sammy.
I’m a certified trauma-informed Conscious Connected Breathing facilitator, Advanced Oxygen Advantage instructor, and Level 3 Transformational Breath practitioner. My work centres on Breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system support to help people improve their wellbeing and reconnect with themselves.
Breathwork has been a transformative part of my own journey, providing clarity, resilience, and grounding during some of life’s more challenging moments. It’s a practical and powerful tool, and one I’m committed to sharing with others in a safe, supportive, and accessible way.
My approach integrates evidence informed breathwork techniques with mindful awareness to help you regulate your breathing, enhance your mental and emotional wellbeing and develop a deeper connection to your body.
Health and wellness have always been central to my life, and I believe it all begins with how you breathe.
