Week 1 

Breathe Like a Boss 

Covering the basics and taking control of your breath.

 

Week 2 

Chill Your Lungs Out

Breathing your way to calm, balance, and inner peace, focused on functional breathing.

 

Week 3 

Exhale the Stress

Learning to chill out, one breath at a time, alongside somatics (connecting to the body)

 

Week 4 

Ride the Airwave

Finding your groove with flowing, feel-good breathing using multiple techniques.

 

Week 5 

Air You Energised?

Energy-boosting techniques, expansive session to energise and shift your nervous system.

 

Week 6  

Sky High Vibes

Expansive Breathwork, a wholistic approach to all areas including your mind, body and soul.

Sammy is lovely her knowledge of breath work is amazing her delivery is so calming and motivating. I’ve attended a few of iBreathe sessions and was delighted to see a 6 weekly programme. I loved the sessions and the community I became part of. I didn’t want them to end! 

The sessions challenged me but also relaxed me there’s just something about breathwork that makes you forget what doesn’t matter and is helping me understand myself so much more. We all breathe but we don’t do it properly!  Learning about your breath brings you so much, we all need it.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

The 6 Week De-Stressor is a guided breathwork programme designed to help you release stress, restore balance, and feel more present in everyday life. Through weekly in-person sessions and practical take-home tools, you’ll build a personal toolkit for calm, focus, and lasting resilience.

Weekly Live Sessions

  • 6 in-person sessions (90 minutes) with Sammy, each focusing on different breathing techniques and mindful practices to help you rest, restore and replenish.

  • Time to practice, reflect, and integrate, even if you’ve never tried Breathwork before.

  • Sessions include somatic awareness, emotional health & grounding. Noticing how the body responds, and releases stored tension.

If you find breathwork challenging, or if you experience things like shallow breathing, breath-holding, panic breathing, anxiety, or panic attacks, please know you are not alone. This programme offers science-backed practices to support healthier breathing, but it is not a medical treatment or cure. At iBreathe, many people have found relief and growth through these practices, yet each journey is personal and outcomes may vary.

Please note, if you have any medical conditions such as heart conditions or arrhythmia, epilepsy, high or very low blood pressure with a history of fainting, or any recent major surgery please inform me beforehand. You understand that even though you are accepted as a participant you are responsible for any consequences resulting from breathwork and take full responsibility for your health and well-being.
