About the event
Life asks us to evolve, to release what no longer serves us, and to step boldly into our next chapter. This guided sauna experience is open to anyone ready to embrace a rebirth. Whether you have used sauna before or are new to sauna sessions you are welcome here.
Step inside a traditional Scandinavian hot stone sauna. Guided by Sammy, this 3 round sauna experience which blends traditional Nordic oak leaf whisking, aromatherapy, and deep sensory work to help you shed, reset, and step into a sense of renewal.
Each round lasts for 15 minutes, followed by a refreshing cold dip, shower, and reset before returning for the next round.
Please note: Your comfort and safety always come first. Your are not obliged to stay inside for the full duration. If you need to step out to catch some air or cool down at any point, you are entirely free…
