Never did I expect a program like this to have such a profound impact on people’s lives.
When I created this program, my intention was simple: to help people deepen their Breathwork practice by offering weekly accountability, support, and ensuring the techniques I teach are relevant and useful to the individuals in front of me. For those new here: not every Breathwork technique is suited to every system. That’s where a Breath Coach comes in! Helping you understand the whys and hows behind the techniques, and keeping it simple!
This program has been designed to welcome all types of breathers. Whether you're aware of your breath or not, you’re welcome here. So far, I’ve had people join who face genuine breathing challenges, including asthma, anxiety, panic attack disorders, and nasal obstructions. I’ve also worked with those dealing with health issues such as high or low blood pressure, mental health challenges, or burnout. On the other hand, I’ve had participants who don’t have any specific breathing challenges (at least none they’re aware of), but feel a pull towards exploring the breath as part of their journey of self-discovery. Not only do they benefit from the breath, but they also find deep richness in iBreathe Community as open-hearted connections are formed in the room.
What Is the 6 Week De-Stress Programme?
The 6 Weeks to Destress program is designed to help people build a connection to their breath, promoting better breathing that leads to a regulated and resilient nervous system. I offer support, guidance, accountability, and the tools to help people, not only whilst on the mat but in those moments of overwhlem. I always say it’s so much more than just Breathwork. This work encompasses everything that makes us beautifully human. We welcome it all, breath by breath, building ourselves up to be strong, confident, and resilient people using our breath as an anchor.

If stress overwhelm or constant mental noise is leaving you exhausted, this 6 week de-stress programme uses guided Breathwork, mindfulness, meditation and somatic practices to gently regulate your nervous system and restore calm, clarity and energy.
Week 1
Breathe Like a Boss
Learn the fundamentals of breathwork and mindfulness, taking control of your breath to calm your nervous system and set the foundation for your de-stress journey.
Week 2
Chill Your Lungs Out
Explore functional breathing techniques designed to reduce stress and boost relaxation, helping you find balance and inner peace.
Week 3
Exhale the Stress
Combine somatic practices and breathwork to release stored tension, reconnect with your body, and deepen your relaxation.
Week 4
Ride the Airwave
Flow through multiple breathwork techniques to energize your body, improve focus, and cultivate a sense of wellbeing.
Week 5
Air You Energised?
Use advanced breathing methods to increase energy, shift your nervous system, and feel revitalised in mind, body, and spirit.
Week 6
Sky High Vibes
Integrate your mindfulness and breathwork practice for a holistic approach to stress relief, mental clarity, and emotional balance, preparing you to continue your wellness journey beyond the programme.
