iBreathe In The Community

Community sessions are at the very heart of iBreathe. Honestly, they're my absolute favourite spaces to hold.

There is something so special about breathing together in a room with real, everyday people. Real humans sharing space, slowing down, and remembering what it feels like to exhale properly. We aren't meant to carry everything on our own, and breathing in a collective reminds us of that.

Want to bring iBreathe to your community?

Whether you run a local project, a grassroots group, a workspace, or just want to gather a circle of people who need a moment to drop their shoulders and breathe, I would love to collaborate.

If you'd like to bring a session to your local community or project, drop me an email and let’s chat about how we can make it happen.

Sauna Master

For me, sauna is more than heat, it’s an opportunity to slow down, challenge yourself, reconnect with your body and create space to simply be. Alongside the physical benefits of heat exposure, sauna offers a powerful opportunity to switch off from the outside world, release tension and reconnect with yourself.

As a Sauna Master, I guide immersive sauna experiences that combine the power of heat with breath, mindfulness, ritual and intentional connection. Through guided sauna rounds, sensory experiences, aromatherapy, heat and optional cold exposure, I create a space where you can step away from the noise of everyday life and into something deeply grounding and restorative.

My sessions are designed to help you not only pause and reset, but to transform. Whether you’re looking to release tension, build resilience, experience the benefits of heat exposure or simply try something completely different, the sauna becomes a space to explore your own capacity, presence and relationship with discomfort.
